Good hotel for budget family. We didn't get availablity at top tier hotels so stayed here. It is not at par to our usual stay but all basic needs are met. It is good but needs lots of improvement in many aspects. It is not sea facing but about 200m away from lighthouse beach. There's limited staff, you see same persons in reception, restaurant and service. Hence it has some downfalls, the buffet refill, order preparation, utensils refill, room requests can take some good time. But all staff are well behaved, hard working and do their duties well. They gave complementary snacks. You can give food order early from room for them to prepare in time. They also gave us two special dishes on request which were not available on their menu. One thing is that their site mentions they don't have restaurant but they do, food is decent. Room has all basic facilities and maintenance is good. They can improve on increasing staffing and quality of service, this hotel has potential to be better. Overall it was a nice stay for 3 days, our vacation in Puri went well

Breakfast was normal and repetitive. Timings were not maintained. Variety of dishes are limited for staying more than 1 day. fruits, juice, milk or coffee is not available. They provides boiled egg but omelet is not available. I think variety should be increased.
